This 90-minute session will share methods and tools through a holistic practice of mindfulness for endurance and equanimity. The session is facilitated by a long-term mindfulness practitioner and entrepreneur Lalith Ananda Gunaratne.

Endurance is the ability to remain active for a long period of time, as well as its ability to resist, withstand, recover from, and have immunity to resistance, challenges, stress, trauma or fatigue.

Equanimity is a state of psychological stability and composure undisturbed by experience of or exposure to emotions, pain or stress that may cause others to lose the balance of their mind.
