Event Details

We are honoured to have Dr. Theresa Tam, the Chief Public Health Officer of Canada, to speak on leadership in the COVID-19 pandemic and opportunities for working toward a more resilient and equitable future. Following Dr. Tam’s remarks, a soon-to-be-announced national panel of prominent women who are health and governance leaders will convene to:
*Explore key governance opportunities and challenges evolving throughout the pandemic, and how women in leadership roles are translating policy into governance action, outcomes and impact.
*Equip organizations, boards and leaders with new governance models, best practices and learnings emerging during these unprecedented and unpredictable times, and discuss how they can be applied in many public and private sector spheres.
*Discuss the interconnected business, legal and cultural implications and impacts of COVID-19, and how boards can address critical issues in a rapidly changing health and economic landscape.
