The Ottawa Hospital, in partnership with the Bruyère Research Institute, the QUILT Network (QUality for Individuals who require Long-Term support), IQ@TOH, and the Regional Geriatric Program of Eastern Ontario is hosting a one of its kind collaborative Quality & Patient Safety Conference. This event will be held on October 30th, 2018 at the Infinity Convention Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

The theme is “Innovation to improve quality and safety for the frail across care settings.” The presenters will include prominent leaders in the field of patient safety who will be addressing an audience of approximately 300+ health care professionals, managers, administrators and academics. This forum will provide both presenters and registrants alike with a valuable opportunity to share innovative practices from diverse perspectives to improve quality and safety for the frail across care settings.
