This workshop will focus on Investor Term Sheets.

In this workshop, participants are presented with a case study about crafting their fundraising documents and securing their company’s first funding round. Participants are taught key insights into fundraising documents, with focus on Term Sheets, investment protection mechanisms, types of securities and conversion events through the use of innovative, online contract drafting and learning tools.

About our hands-on workshop series:

We believe there’s no better way to learn than by asking questions, thinking about what you’re signing, arguing and negotiating. This is a hands-on workshop, where participants can interact with the hosts and each other by asking and answering questions, and participating in case study-based negotiation scenarios. Participants are also able to sign up for one on one sessions with our trainer lawyers during the session.
