This workshop will introduce you to the business model canvas and the value proposition canvas, two business strategy tools that can help you implement your strategy to create and deliver value important to your customers, clients, users or members.
The business model canvas is a framework tool to make this strategy explicit, shareable and adaptable. Through the business model canvas you will be able describe, design or change the way you do business. The value proposition canvas is a tool to help you understand insights about you clients and to build value propositions that will matter to them.
