Wendy is a Partner and Head of the Intellectual Property Law Group at Low Murchison Radnoff LLP.  Wendy has assisted local, national and international clients in the selection, clearance, acquisition, prosecution and enforcement of trade-marks in a variety of industries for many years.  Prior to entering private practice, Wendy served as a Senior Trade-marks Examiner at the Canadian Intellectual Property Office.
