• Financial management practices (budgeting, reporting, etc.);
• Engaging your Board members (governance, oversight, etc.);
• Reviewing and discussing city reporting (subsidized spaces and annual requirements); and
• Preparing for the financial statement audit.
• The open discussion will also address points from the participants as they arise.
