Course Overview
An introduction to creative problem solving and the various tools in a design thinkers toolkit, this course will guide participants through the five phases of design thinking using case studies and activities to give them the tools to apply design thinking to their work. Spring2 Innovation’s experts will teach you how to embrace servant leadership and co-creation to improve employee engagement, create a more collaborative and user-centric team, and improve your team’s ability to solve complex problems.
