March 8, 2022 at 6:30 PM

In this 90 minute workshop, Farzana will take you through information and exercises she uses in her life as a psychotherapist and a writer. These will include understanding your nervous system and its links to overwhelm, dealing with your inner critic and other quick emotions-based hacks to boost your creative practice.

This event is a safe space for traditionally underrepresented groups to gather and discuss mental health and prioritizes the experiences of women, LGBTQ2SIA including trans and non-binary individuals, persons with disabilities and BIPOC creatives.

This workshop is PWYC and will be offered in English only. (Suggested minimum PWYC donation is $5).
