Your “connected” devices can talk to one another – machine-to-machine. Whether they’re part of the automotive, smart city, smart energy, manufacturing, agriculture, health, or any other sector, “connected” devices are part of the “internet of things”. “Connected” devices make up the machine-to-machine systems, and, although they differ, they share commonalities like needing to be switched on or requiring updated software. Flex is running a workshop to educate you on an open industry protocol that provides the means to remotely manage IoT devices and connected appliances!
Lightweight M2M is an open industry protocol from the Open Mobile Alliance that is used for communication between client software on an M2M device and server software on an M2M management and service platform.
Attend this workshop and gain an understanding of the tool’s benefits, features and interfaces, and to get an introduction to the object model and bootstrapping.
