About John Koh
John Koh is an associate who is located in the Ottawa office of Marks & Clerk. With 20 years of experience, his practice largely focuses on patent prosecution with a particular emphasis in mechanical, electrical and computer related inventions. He is also experienced in obtaining industrial design, copyright and integrated circuit topography registrations.
John graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Physics followed by completing the Computer Science Specialist Program. Subsequently John graduated with LL.B. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Ottawa’s joint programme. He then worked in business and research environments specializing in using and developing database related software.
As well as a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, John is a registered Canadian patent agent.
