Ottawa Run For Palestine

The Run for Palestine is a fun, family-friendly event bringing Canadians together to alleviate the suffering of Palestinian children living with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Runners, walkers, and people of all ages are welcome.

Proceeds from the Run For Palestine 2K, 5K and 10K will fund UNRWA’s Community Mental Health Program (CMHP) to help empower vulnerable refugees in Gaza and locally, Youth Action Now, supporting young people making positive change in our community, promoting grassroots action and collective leadership. Building on Paul Dewar’s legacy, our grants program — Start Up Now — and mentorships, strengthen youth-led initiatives locally.
