Finding, hiring and retaining the right people is as tough as it’s ever been. Companies are in a war on talent and winning the battle requires standing apart from the crowd. What it comes down to is developing an employee value proposition aligned to your company that attracts the right people who want to work for you.
This workshop will provide you with tools to help you develop your unique employee value proposition, align it to your recruitment strategy, then focus it on the employee experience for increased performance and retention. You will learn how to minimize the risk of “bad hires” through consistent processes and a commitment to your company culture.
We will use the Kolbe Concept to help you gain clarity on the natural instincts needed to fill your vacant positions and then match this up with the ideal candidate for the role. With this knowledge you will be better able to attract the right type of employee that will want to work for you and keep them engaged to fulfill your business goals.
