Startup culture can be mired with a ‘learn it all, do it all’ mentality. But this pressure can create serious bottlenecks and wicked procrastination amongst even the most passionate and driven entrepreneurs.
How does it work? Tell us what you need and what skills you’d like to offer, and we’ll identify up to three potential matches for you to swap skills with during the event.
Maybe you’re looking for stellar product photography or need to get started on SEO but you really would rather spend your time rocking stakeholder strategy or developing a social media campaign. You may swap directly with someone, or you may find yourself lending your expertise to one project and receiving expertise from someone totally different – we’ll give you the options and allow you to change it up through the night so that your skills are put to best use, and you get as much as possible out of the night for your project too!

6:00 – Check in, mingle
6:15 – Be introduced to up to three pre-matched potential swappers and determine what you want to accomplish and where you can best lend a hand
6:30-8:30 – Put your skills to work (switch projects midway if appropriate)
8:30 – Wrap-up your swap convos
8:45 – Debrief and open feedback session
