Temporary exhibition – Jules Villemaire, the Eye of Franco Ontario

The Museopark is pleased to invite you to discover the temporary photo exhibition entitled Jules Villemaire, the Eye of Franco-Ontario – presented at the Vanier Museopark from June 25th to the end of October 2019.

Originally from Vanier, Jules Villemaire spent most of his artistic career in the Ottawa region and in eastern Ontario where he used photography as a form of social and cultural reporting. This temporary exhibition offers a retrospective of Jules Villemaire’s career, testifying to the artist’s perspective on life in Francophone Ontario between 1980 and 2010.

Free admission throughout the exhibition:

  • Wednesday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm
  • Saturdays and Sundays (except Sundays in July and August) from 10 am to 2 pm
