Tour homes and buildings that have taken unique approaches to incorporating sustainability into their daily operations. Talk to the owners, building managers and operators about why and how they took on their green projects; get inspired to take on your own!

Green Energy Doors Open (GEDO) is a Canada-wide FREE showcase of individual, community, and commercial sustainable energy projects. It is organized and spearheaded by the Ontario Sustainable Energy Association (OSEA). The initiative aims to showcase advancements in the sector, demonstrating that Canada is already on the path to building a 100% clean and sustainable energy system.

The Ottawa Region is bringing together a strong community of green supporters for this event and has many planned activities. The Ottawa Region GEDO activities are being organized by SMARTNet Alliance. Visit the event website for full details: www.OttawaGEDO.org.
