About the Speakers
Zach Coakeley is one of the Principals of Cresa Ottawa. Prior to pursuing a career in real estate Zach spent five years working for TD Bank as a personal and small business advisor. Zach joined Cresa Ottawa in 2013 and has spent his entire real estate career strictly working on behalf of tenants and occupiers. Zach is dedicated to even the playing field between landlord and tenant and provide the tenant with the expertise required for a fair and successful negotiation. Zach along with the entire Cresa Ottawa team is committed to assisting the tenant community in anyway possible during this crisis.
Simon Sigler’s legal practice at MDK Business Law is focused in litigation (commercial, civil, employment) and leasing.
