This can be anything from stress to burnout to breakdown. Five years ago, I began working with a client overseas, which allowed me to travel and work from home. Dream job, right?! Completely independent, I was procrastinating and struggling to focus. I was spinning my wheels and not making progress. I quickly discovered the job didn’t need to change. I did.
It wasn’t until I began investing in self-management skills that I saw a transformation in my life and business. I went on to manage $4-5M in international business accounts before moving on to complete my coaching certification with the International CoachingFederation.
