Jonah Greenbaum Shinder is a business consultant and entrepreneur specializing in the Food and Beverage sector, focusing on fermentation, upcycling, and beverages. As the founder of JKGS Consulting Group, Jonah has successfully raised over $260,000 in loans and grants to support innovative ventures. With a Master of Business in Entrepreneurship and Technology from the University of Waterloo’s Conrad School of Entrepreneurship and Business, Jonah combines academic excellence with hands-on experience to drive business growth and development.
