Did you know that incorporating your company does not mean your trademark is protected? This webinar co-presented by the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) and Corporations Canada will help you demystify how they both protect different aspects of your business endeavour.
Our two presenters, Caroline Lefebvre (CIPO) and Martin Lacelle (Corporations Canada) will each explain the role and mandate of their respective organisations and how they can assist and guide you in better understanding the value of an adequate protection.
