Sheila Botting is Principal & President of the Americas Professional Services Practice for Avison Young, responsible for leading and growing this unique service offering for Avison Young. Sheila held previous roles as Senior Partner & Canadian Real Estate Leader with Deloitte LLP, and another commercial real estate firm. Sheila has led many substantive assignments across the globe including Deloitte’s own corporate real estate strategy and implementation program across Canada that transformed the firm’s “Workplace of the Future”, resulting in significant workplace improvements, productivity gains and cost savings along with the creation of a prototype “Smart Building/Workplace”. She has also led substantive strategies for leading public sector, financial services and corporate occupiers around the globe, advancing their position and opportunity, particularly in this COVID-19 environment. Sheila’s expertise across multiple occupier, investor and market participant perspectives provides a unique view toward the future of work and workplace.
