2019 International Women’s Day on Parliament
It is with great pleasure that we invite you to celebrate International Women’s Day on Parliament on March 8, 2019 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at the Sir John A MacDonald Building in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
The event is organized by Elevate International and Co-Hosted by the All all-party Parliamentary women’s caucus.
This International Women’s Day Celebration is part of the Elevate Women Initiative dedicated to advancing women’s leadership and economic empowerment. As a leader and community builder, you are joining inclusive leaders and organizations who are uniting in knowledge and resources across Canada to advance gender diversity in leadership. With the goal to grow this initiative across Canada, we couldn’t be more thrilled to unite leaders and organizations to advance gender diversity in leadership globally.
This year’s theme is #MakingProgress, challenging us to start creating inclusive leadership and environments by design.
Socially Innovative, this initiative is designed to build inclusive leaders and advance gender diversity. This event is designed for leadership development, networking and sharing best practices in advancing women leading in government, business, and philanthropy. Unorthodox and stimulating, in addition to elevating your leadership development, this event will invite you to do a bit of work on modernizing the challenges women in leadership are facing today while identifying realistic steps that can be shared with leaders and corporation to advance gender diversity in leadership.
