Note: This session will build off what was learned in the previous session: Customer Development & Value Proposition Design
Description
In this session you will be introduced to the fundamentals of business modeling to help you analyze your situation and explore ideas that respond to the needs of your customers. Using the business model canvas, we will examine how to frame and answer key questions about a business model and its execution.
Alexander Ostwewalder’s Business model canvas is a visual design tool that provides you with the ability to substantially ideate, describe, evaluate and discuss a business model. The session will allow you to develop a hands-on understanding of your business type, create a shared understanding of your business model, and help you articulate the key drivers, activities, resources and partnerships.
