Cilene Marques Gonçalves will be in Ottawa for a short period to talk about her book « Custo sem Susto – Projetando por Objetivos” (Cost without Shock – planning by objectives). The book presents an inovative methodology of cost estimation from the initial phase of the business. It provides a detailed budget and tools for close monitoring of the project process, allowing the stakeholders to know the cost of each phase of the project, giving them lead time to make necessary ajustments for goal achievements.

Holding a Master Degree construction engineering, she is an international speaker, motivator and project manager. Cilene has more than 30 years of professional experience in the area of budgeting, planning and feasibility study of construction projects in the engineering sector, comprising the complete business process from land selection to construction completion.
