This course is uniquely developed for Public Servants to learn design thinking methodologies, including the five (5) phases of design thinking. Throughout the course, participants will be guided through each phase and various methods that can be applied to their work within the public sector.

This course will discuss how to apply design thinking, tools and methods for work with clients and other stakeholders. Various case studies identifying solid design thinking approaches will be reviewed to ensure a deep understanding among participants.
