FREE – #Buildupwomen series: Mental health during isolation.

The past two weeks have certainly been, and still is in a state of uncertainty. It is very hard to process that our world is facing a Pandemic. COVID-19 has forced communities, businesses, families and friends into isolation.

I am constantly juggling motherhood/work/family/life balance every day. Staying in isolation, not being able to connect (in person) with family and friends, finding creative ways to entertain a toddler, balance a career, deal with financial stress, emotional wellness and much more. Ladies you are NOT alone!

With this in mind, I decided to collaborate with some incredible women and launch #Buildupwomen series.

#Buildupwomen series is aimed to support, inspire, engage and build up women across Canada during this time of isolation while addressing, mental health, work/education/life and family balance, virtual empathy in action (what that could look like), financial stress, job loss and how to create opportunities during a time of economic crisis, the importance of staying connected, personal mastery, and other areas.

Our hope for this series is to bring women together online, to design a buddy system for women to continue to inspire, support, build each other up and perhaps even collaborate to give back to the community.

*Please register & join us online on Wednesday, April 8th at 1:30 pm and let’s talk about the importance of Mental Health during this time of isolation.
