A step-by-step description of the process for setting up each structure will be explained along with the associated considerations for each.

Andrew Higdon is an associate with the Business Law practice group at Low Murchison Radnoff LLP. He enjoys advising a range of commercial, institutional and individual clients and helping them move forward with confidence. He is a graduate of the McGill University Faculty of Law, and holds degrees in both common and civil law. Before his career in law, Andrew managed a company overseas. His legal practice is informed by his practical experience managing a business and working through the challenges associated with its growth.
