Description
Recruiting in a startup environment poses some unique opportunities and challenges. Finding the time and resources to hire the right people can make or break the company in such a competitive environment. Creating a workplace that “sells” your vision means developing an employee value proposition that is aligned to, and attracts people who believe in what you are trying to accomplish.
This workshop will provide you with tools to develop your employee value proposition, align it to your recruitment strategy, then focus it on the employee experience. You will learn how consistent processes and defining your company culture can minimize the risk of a “bad” hire.
