Meet our first Keynote Speaker

David Ross

Ross Video, CEO

The word “expert” doesn’t even begin to describe David. He has been surrounded by engineering and business his entire life. He began programming at the age of nine, later winning three major national engineering competitions and graduating from university in Computer Engineering majoring in Business.

In 1991, David began managing product development at Ross Video working closely with Sales and Marketing. By 2006 he had worked his way up to being its CEO and Chairman of its Board. David’s achievements include named as Ottawa “CEO of the Year” in 2016, won his first Emmy, selected twice as finalist in Ontario Entrepreneur of the Year competition, and recently in 2017 was awarded an honorary doctorate from the University of Ottawa for his achievements in Engineering and Business.
