About the workshop
As burnout continues to be a growing issue for many employees, a new buzzword is stirring conversations about employee culture worldwide. What is “Quiet Quitting”? Is it a cause for concern or just another TikTok trend?
Join HUB’s Mary-Lou MacDonald, National Practice Lead for Health & Performance and Derrick Wohlfahrt, Employee Benefits and Retirement Manager to discuss the individual and environmental aspects of burnout and how organizations and entrepreneurs can support mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, while prioritizing their own.
