Marcia Mills is a Partner, Co-Founder, and Co-Lead of Fasken\u2019s National Security Group, and a member of the firm\u2019s Government Relations and Political Law teams. With over 30 years of experience across the public and private sectors, including a decade at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), Marcia brings deep expertise in defence procurement, national security, and government contracts.
