We will explore different forms of business organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><em>Sole Proprietorships<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n\t<li>what does it means to be a sole proprietor? What are the advantages and disadvantages of this structure of business?<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><em>Partnerships<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n\t<li>how and when can a partnership arise? What are some advantages and disadvantages flowing from this particular structure?<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><em>Incorporation<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n\t<li>much of the presentation will focus on the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of a corporation (i.e. ownership, continuity, limited liability, tax planning, employee stock options etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\t<li>how does input at the start-up stage impact the division of equity amongst key stakeholders and directly corresponding, the importance of a shareholders\u2019 agreement while the parties are in good spirits<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><em>*Please note that you will receive an email with the link to join this webinar upon registering and before the session.
