Presented by Justin O&rsquo;Malley from <a href=\"https:\/\/logankatz.com\/\" title=\"https:\/\/logankatz.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-msys-clicktrack=\"0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Logan Katz<\/a>, this workshop will cover the basics of preparing a tax return for the sole proprietor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This course will be of interest to the unincorporated business owner as well as professionals belonging to a partnership. During this interactive hybrid 1.5-hour workshop, we will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n\t<li>discuss the Canadian Income Tax system<\/li>\n\n\n\t<li>review record keeping basics<\/li>\n\n\n\t<li>compare sole proprietorship vs. partnership vs. corporation<\/li>\n\n\n\t<li>identify and discuss the tax treatment of business income and expenses<\/li>\n\n\n\t<li>review tax form T2125 \u2013 Statement of Business or Professional Activities<\/li>\n\n\n\t<li>prepare a basic form T2125<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This session is only held twice a year, so don&rsquo;t miss out!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><em>*Please note that you will receive an email with the link to join this webinar upon registering and before the session.
