With over six years of experience supporting internationally trained professionals, Jawahir is passionate about helping newcomers navigate their transition into the Canadian labour market and develop a clear understanding of Canadian workplace culture.

She strives to create safe, welcoming learning environments where participants feel empowered, informed, and encouraged as they pursue meaningful employment. Her work is grounded in a strong belief in equity, belonging, and the tremendous value that globally trained professionals bring to Canada.

Oyindamola Olaniyan – Project Coordinator at Pinecrest Queensway Community Health Centre

Supports multiple initiatives aimed at strengthening internal processes and enhancing service delivery within the community. Oyindamola collaborates closely with cross functional teams to streamline workflows and develop clear, practical documentation that ensures work is carried out consistently and efficiently.
