SocialHRCamp Ottawa, our first SocialHRCamp in the Canadian national capital, will take place May 9, 2024, and we will be taking over a fantastic event venue, Bayview Yards (Invest Ottawa). This event will start at 5pm and end at 9pm ET.
Artificial Intelligence, better known as AI, is playing a major role in how we operate our organizations. AI is impacting everything from Human Resources to Recruiting to Finance to Sales to Marketing, and everything in between. The theme for SocialHRCamp Ottawa 2024 is “Building Future-Ready Workplaces: Navigating the AI Revolution”. We will explore the intersection of artificial intelligence and the future of work. Attendees from diverse industries will gather to gain valuable insights and strategies for building workplaces that will be well-equipped to navigate the challenges and opportunities presented by the AI revolution. Within HR and Recruitment, we are still very much in the early days of effectively adopting AI into our organizations.
