Collaboration is critical to success.

It will take women and men working together as a collaborative force to create, attract and retain more women leaders in a region where barriers are eliminated and opportunity abounds.

This collective action will help individuals realize their potential, and increase our performance, competitiveness, and impact as a region.

Organizations from across our city are working independently and together to address these goals. As a community, we are committed to advancing women leaders.

Thank you to everyone who supported International Women’s Week in Ottawa and to those continuing to drive change.
