Marcia Mills is a Partner, Co-Founder, and Co-Lead of Fasken’s National Security Group, and a member of the firm’s Government Relations and Political Law teams. With over 30 years of experience across the public and private sectors, including a decade at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), Marcia brings deep expertise in defence procurement, national security, and government contracts. She is widely recognized as a leading authority in procurement and government contracting and regularly represents clients before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal.
