Most founders incorporate with a $200 online form and a search engine, then pay to undo the result a year later: shares never properly issued, a minute book never started, an HST registration missed, personal expenses mixed into the company account. None of that is hard; it is simply never explained in one place, in plain language, before the decisions are made.
