In our nonprofit sector, we all wear a lot of hats. Sometimes, this makes it challenging to organize projects and still maintain high productivity. Thankfully, modern technology has helped to bridge the gap between minimal resources and achievement.
As being an owner of a small web agency, I have tried a number of task/project management tools to keep my project organized with our team members and external clients. There are many cloud-based project management apps, but Asana is my favourite project management tool with an attractive user interface. This task management tool not only keeps to-do lists but tracks progress and optimize collaboration. I’ve put together a presentation of this FREE tool and how you can help to streamline project workflows, to improve communication with your team, or task management and assignments.

Having high-resolution photos​ on your site causes a long delay in page load times, and your site’s visitor may lose their attention and leave your site. Website performance today is very critical for SEO and user-experience factor. I will put a keynote together to not only illustrate how to optimize images but also to utilize free tools, like Canva and resource to enhance your website design.
