Speaker Bio
Samantha joined BDO in 2017 after leaving her predecessor firm where she worked for 9 years. She obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 2011. She gained experience working with owner-managed companies in the commercial real estate, manufacturing, import-export, and construction and technology industries. Her experience has focused on advising clients on both the accounting and tax issues facing owner-managed companies. Samantha has extensive experience in planning, directing and completing assurance engagements, developing and supervising staff and reviewing technical accounting issues. She specializes in assurance and auditing engagements for private corporations.
Megan joined BDO in 2018 after owning her own bookkeeping business for five years. She has experience working with companies in technology, small business, not-for-profit, legal, and retail industries. Her focus is on preparing the day-to-day bookkeeping and financials to allow her clients to focus on what matters most to them, their business.
