This workshop will introduce you to the fundamentals of design thinking and customer development process.
Adopting a design mindset is critical to the process of building a new venture, launching a new business product or service, or changing the way you do business. We will examine what constitutes a design approach through ideation, trigger questions, prototyping from rough to refined views, and iterative development. Building on the design perspective, the customer development model will help you develop a structured approach to deal with the unpredictable nature of new markets and guide you on how to iterate on product and market assumptions.
