The state of mental wellness in modern workplaces demands action — anxiety and depression are on the rise, stigma remains high, technology continues to blur the line between work-life and home-life, and employers are struggling to combat the problem head-on. It’s time for change, but when it comes to mental health, what does real change look like?

Join us for an evening of conversation about modern workplace mental health challenges including, those facing entrepreneurs, and the role businesses can play in supporting employee wellbeing. Guests will hear personal stories from founders, professionals, and gain insight from Canadian companies on steps they are taking to lead the change in supporting mental health at work.

What to expect:
