Course Overview
The Spring2 Design Thinking Certification Program is an immersive 5-day course. Throughout the course, Spring2 Innovation experts will guide participants through each of the 5 phases of the design thinking methodology and teach the various tools and methods used when applying each phase. Real-world case studies relevant to the public sector are explored to ensure a deep understanding among the participants.
Following the successful completion of the course you will be required to showcase your work to prove you have applied all five of the Design Thinking phases within your work environment. Upon completion of the course, and submission of the application of knowledge, you will be awarded the Spring2 Innovation Design Thinking Certification.
