This Design Thinking course is uniquely created for Business Executives to learn design thinking methodologies, including the five (5) phases of design thinking. Throughout the course, participants will be guided through each phase and various methods that can be applied to their own organizational projects.
This course will discuss how to apply design thinking tools and methods to work with clients and stakeholders. Various business case studies identifying solid design thinking approaches will be reviewed to ensure a deep understanding among participants.
At the end of the course participants will be able to identify the challenges facing their clients, and invest in the development of the right services, processes and products to solve to best suit the end-user.
