Bayview Yards is proud to once again participate in Doors Open Ottawa, the City of Ottawa’s free annual architectural event celebrating the city’s built heritage. This year’s theme, “Echoes of Green: Heritage and Nature in Ottawa,” invites visitors to explore how history and sustainability intertwine in the spaces we inhabit.

Once a 1941 City Works building, Bayview Yards has been transformed into Ottawa’s LEED Gold-certified innovation hub—where the past meets the future under one roof. Discover how this historic site now serves as a launchpad for local entrepreneurs, a showcase for green technology, and a model for sustainable design.
