Fostering Systems Change Towards More Inclusive Workplace For Immigrant Women
This FREE webinar is designed for leaders, managers, decision-makers, human resource professionals, and/or other type of change makers interested in implementing DEI and empowering immigrant women.
Ineffective diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives often result from siloed efforts and fragmented attempts to address complex systemic issues. An effective and meaningful DEI strategy needs more than strategic planning. Sustainable change demands a shift to a systemic and collaborative approach.
What does (DEI) really mean for immigrant women in Canada and Canadian workplaces?
How can we foster systems change in the workplace towards more inclusive outcomes for highly-skilled and highly-educated immigrant women?
We believe it starts with intentional conversations with all stakeholders and the deliberate integration of inclusive frameworks and processes.
In this session, the facilitators will introduce an awareness-based framework which change makers can utilize as a transformative tool for fostering systems change toward a more inclusive workplace for immigrant women.
