Adegboyega Ojo – Canada Research Chair in Governance and AI and School of Public Policy and Administration Professor
Dr. Ojo research focuses on how AI, data-driven innovation and advanced analytics improve government services and address societal challenges while ensuring ethical implementation. He examines the technical and policy conditions needed for AI adoption in the public sector, with a focus on transparency, accountability and social impact.
Graeme Auld – Professor in Carleton University’s School of Public Policy and Administration and the Co-Editor of Regulation & Governance
Dr. Auld researches regulatory governance across sustainability, climate risk, and emerging technologies, with recent work examining how assurance actors shape responsible conduct in global commerce, including in the context of artificial intelligence.
Sriram Subramanian – Canada Research Chair in AI, Assistant Professor at Carleton’s School of Computer Science
Presenting “The AI Policy Lab: Simulating Our Way to Smarter Government.” Dr. Subramanian’s research develops and analyzes scalable, safe, and efficient multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithms; bridging theory and practice to tackle real-world challenges in generative AI, robotics, finance, and autonomous systems.
