Irene’s Fest 40th Anniversary Outdoor Music Festival

To celebrate four decades as one of Ottawa’s most beloved live music venues, Irene’s Pub is hosting a one-day outdoor music festival that brings together the community, showcases local Canadian talent and expands our audience beyond the pub’s walls.

This milestone event will feature a diverse lineup of local artists, representing the rich musical history of Irene’s while creating an unforgettable experience for both longtime patrons and new audiences. With an emphasis on local vendors, food, and craft beer, the festival will reflect Irene’s signature atmosphere while taking the celebration to a larger scale.

Whether a longtime supporter or a first-time visitor, this festival will be a landmark event for Ottawa’s music scene and a fitting tribute to Irene’s 40-year legacy.

Our vision includes an outdoor stage setup in the parking lot with a section of Regent Street cordoned off for the audience to enjoy live performances complete with food and beverage.

We believe this event would be a fantastic opportunity to bring together the vibrant local business community in celebration of music.

At present we have secured a noise exemption permit, a letter of municipal significance in support of the event, an AGCO SOP permit to sell alcoholic beverages and a Street Permit Under 500 people to close the road on the day of the festival.
