We invite you to attend the opening of Immigrant Entrepreneur Canada’s initiative at the New Vendors Village, just in front of the George Street Plaza in the ByWard Market.
Experience the excitement as we officially cut the ribbon on our pop-up shop and unveil a community-driven initiative designed to empower immigrant entrepreneurs across Ottawa. This program offers weekly residencies in a premium retail location, giving entrepreneurs a chance to showcase their products and build their businesses in a real-world setting.

The 2026 program brings together 23 entrepreneurs from around the world, with participants from Angola, Benin, Cameroon, China, Colombia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Haiti, India, Iran, Kenya, Lebanon, Morocco, Nigeria, Peru, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Saint Lucia and Ukraine.
