A session for people tired of working like they don’t have kids, covering 4 steps to help you get results, presented by a parent (x3 kids).
4 Proven Steps To Get Results: A FREE online session hosted by an (accidental) activist and parent of three kids, to support you with your working AND parenting journey!
Join me to learn why doing unconventional things in ‘professional’ settings as a parent, can get you different results like:
- Acceptance into business programs, speaking engagements, mentorship
- 1:1 client enquiries, funding grants, sponsorship requests, PR
- Project work as a freelancer and even a hybrid work contract after attending a job interview with my toddler
[WATCH PARTY] Join us online Friday, February 13th from 2-2:30 PM
This is a pre-recorded online event presented by me (Amy) alongside our youngest child when he was six months old, live chat Q&A will be moderated by me during the event.
Bless this postpartum version of myself who decided to show up and present on in person stages, virtual events and launch a podcast from home. It’s soon going to be International Women’s Day 2026, which means…
🎙️You may be asked to speak for free by an organization which has budget for catering, venue hire and decor (and you don’t have to say yes)
💌 You may be invited to an IRL event which may or may not be practical for you to attend (early morning breakfast, after work drinks/networking or you simply have your kid(s) with you)
WE’LL EXPLORE:
👀 Details of the four steps I’ve practiced, tested and used to get these results since 2016 (with all three of our kids)
🎢 What can go wrong AND what can go right (nearly nine years = many stories)
✨ Creating an impact for yourself and others (you’re more powerful than you may realize!)

ABOUT YOUR HOST
My name is Amy Lynch, I’m a mum of three Irish-Canadian kids (all under age nine) and we currently live in Ottawa, Canada. I believe everyone deserves to design a life that works for them and their family.
I became an accidental-turned intentional activist, when I began bringing my kids into business settings as a freelance remote worker. This later became advocacy, events, a newsletter, podcast, speaking gigs and a social impact movement: Mixing Babies And Business.
After many eye-opening, frustrating, awkward, messy and sweaty pitches, talks and meetings in corporate spaces, I’m proud of the small part my family and I have played in creating progress.
Based on my lived experiences, I specialize in:
🍿 Making people stop what they’re doing, pay attention and get inspired by what’s possible
🎙 Presenting on the topics of remote and hybrid work, digital marketing, creativity and inclusion
🎊 Producing parent-friendly professional development, through spaces, programming, resources and experiences, aligned with UN SDGs 5 and 8
I look forward to co-creating the future of work we wish to see for our families…that’s where the real magic and impact begins!
Sending you positive vibes and parenthood solidarity. ✨💜
